Chin up!

Well, what can I say. I’ve had a couple of disappointing results in the last two tournaments. I came back from China having played well, and then practised very well leading up to Barnsley for the International Championship Qualifiers. I was going down in a good frame of mind. I lost 6-3 to Mike Dunn in Barnsley, and I need to give credit to him because he did play well at the right times in the match. I never played badly, but I can’t say I played near my best at all…it’s all part of being in a sport though isn’t it! I then headed to Germany for the Ruhr Open where I played the very talented English youngster Oliver Lines (son of Peter). I lost 4-2, and came out of the arena extremely annoyed at myself. I was very under par to say the least. So, I’ve been back in the club practising again and I’m back to normal now & feel like me again…I’m off to China on Thursday for the next Asian Tour event in Zhengzhou. I look forward to seeing my Chinese friends and fans again! 😀
